Understanding a supplier’s return policy is important. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service at all times.

Returns for Stock Shop and Custom Order Products:

Please make sure to verify your order invoice that’s emailed to you at time of purchase to ensure it is correct. Contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.

Our quality control department strives to carefully check all products before shipment. If there are problems with your order, we are happy to replace defective products or products when errors made on our end.

Please check your package contents immediately upon arrival!

*If there are any problems, you need to notify us (mrigraphics@mriflex.com) within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If a customer has a problem with the installation we can arrange to send a reprint with a 30% discount. Contact us for further details.

Limitations of Warranty on Presto Application Tape:

Seller warrants that transfer tape products constructed by Presto Tape to be free of defects in workmanship and to meet the application tape specifications published by Presto Tape, for a period of six (6) months from date of delivery. In the event of Presto Tape brand product proved to be defective, we offer two options 1) refund the purchase price 2) replace the defective product. No acceptance or responsibility for loss, or expense, implied or otherwise, shall be assumed by seller or manufacturer. User assumes all risk and liability in connection herewith.

Installation Problems:

We are not responsible for damage to the decals or any surface it is being applied to during installation by the customer and we highly recommend you carefully follow guidelines for cleaning your decals.

Always clean your decals with regular soap and water. Cleaning with abrasive pads and/or detailing sprays or other chemical based solutions may cause premature discoloration and adhesion issues. If are not certain about the decal installation procedure, it is your sole responsibility to seek this information from a qualified source. See our installation guide for further information.

General Warranty Info for MRI Application Tape:

Our refund policy is that we provide refunds if notified of defects within 72-hours of arrival.

Limitations of Warranty:

This stated Warranty & Limitation of Liability can only be changed through a written agreement by an authorized officer of MRI Graphics.

MRI Graphics and seller warrants to customers that coated products constructed and delivered by MRI Graphics and seller to be free of defects in workmanship and to meet the specifications published by MRI Graphics, which are available upon request for a period of six (6) months from date of delivery and in the event of PreMRI Graphics brand product proved to be defective, the excluding solution, at MRI Graphics option, shall be a) refund the purchase price b) repair or c) replace the defective product. No acceptance or responsibility for loss, or expense, implied or otherwise, shall be assumed by seller or manufacturer. User assumes all risk and liability in connection herewith.
