How’s this for versatility?
Here is a new example of MRI’s vehicle customization sent in from our clients in New York who are auto racing fans. They wanted to customize their Dodge Challenger with a Mopar racing insignia. Looking around for a company that could provide them with unique artwork and a reliable application process, they found…us.
“Sure,” we said. “We can do that. No problem.”
They sent us a sketch of their concept. Our art team took that and went to work. The project was passed from design to pre-press to printing to shipping and off to the clients. The cost? Just $325 plus shipping from our Pennsylvania facility.
The clients applied the vinyl car decal themselves in an unheated New York garage just before winter. It adhered perfectly. They’re happy. We’re happy.
It’s great to take the occasional break in routine. You get to get a little playful, and you gain a renewed perspective on your job. This project reminded us that MRI Flexible Packaging isn’t just in the job of making labels: we’re in the job of inventing solutions for our customers’ needs. We bring the same creative spirit and innovative approach to every project, from the largest corporate customers to some guys who are just crazy about cars.
